TRAINING STYLE
Dragon boating requires a combination of strength, endurance, and explosive power.
On water, our focus is on developing a proper paddling technique to enhance our efficiency and power.
We emphasize on strong, synchronized strokes with your teammates, utilizing your core and leg muscles to generate power, and maintaining a consistent paddle entry and exit from the water.
On land, our focus is on building strength, power, and muscular endurance through a diverse range of exercises. It allows us to sustain our efforts during both our training sessions and races.
